About Dr. Madison Estrada
Dr. Estrada is a licensed psychologist offering evidence-based individual therapy and comprehensive psychological assessments. With experience working with individuals across the lifespan, she possesses a distinct expertise in emerging adulthood—a focus cultivated through her research and clinical work in university settings, as well as her role as an adjunct faculty member. Furthermore, Dr. Estrada mentors both psychologists-in- training and seasoned mental health professionals, providing advanced training in the administration and interpretation of psychological testing instruments.
Dr. Estrada’s primary clinical interests include the treatment of anxiety, OCD, depression, insomnia, and interpersonal distress. Additionally, as a former collegiate athlete, she offers specialized support for athletes navigating performance anxiety, injury recovery, and identity transitions.
Dr. Estrada utilizes an integrative theoretical framework rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Her approach seamlessly incorporates third-wave interventions, such as DBT and ACT, alongside exposure-based practices.
